How can i get blue stains on a white shirt off? - off white website

I have a new pair of blue sweat pants with other clothes, including an olive green shirt with white stripes on the clothes. Well, if I my opinion, were the white stripe on the blue shirts now. How do I get the blue shirt without them? I found a site to use boiling water and bleach, but it was all white T-shirts. We tried to color Clorox and worked a little, but still stained blue.
